What we do

The Search-to-Call System

Local SEO for plumbers isn't a list of tactics — it's a sequence. Each part below depends on the one before it. Done out of order, the same work produces nothing.

The five parts, in order

  1. 1

    Google Business Profile optimization

Your Google Business Profile is the listing that shows up in the map pack. We audit it, then fix what's holding it back — in that order.

    Why at this stage

It comes first because nothing else works without it. Pages built for categories that aren't live on the profile don't move; the same pages, for categories that are live, do. The profile is the gate.

  2. 2

Website structure that mirrors your profile

Your website should be a mirror of your Google Business Profile: one real page for each category and each service, linked to each other, with the right structured data — layered onto the site you already have.

    Why at this stage

Once the profile is right, Google looks to the website to confirm it. A profile that says "water heater repair" with no page about water heater repair is a weak signal. A profile and a site that agree, page for page, is a strong one.

  3. 3

Local content, in the right order

Content that proves two things to Google: that your site knows the subject (topical relevance), and that it belongs in the towns you serve (geographic relevance). The order matters.

    Why at this stage

Building town pages before your site has topical depth is the most common way to waste a month. We write supporting articles first, watch the rank map, and only add geographic content once the map says the core terms are established.

  4. 5

You see the map every month

The same 81-point map you see on day 1 and day 7 of the free week, re-run monthly across the keywords that matter, with a plain-language review of what changed and what happens next.

    Why at this stage

The map is the diagnostic. It decides whether the next month is topical or geographic content, which pages need links, and when to stop building. Reporting isn't a summary of activity — it's how the plan gets made.

What an engagement looks like

The first sixty days, plainly

Work doesn’t start until the agreement is signed and the first invoice clears. From there, the sequence is the same for every client — the one described on our plumber SEO overview.

  1. Week 1

Access requests (never your logins), the baseline rank map, and — in parallel — the profile audit, the site gap map, and a first content plan.

  2. Days 7–10

A recorded strategy walkthrough: what's working, then the opportunities. Every proposed change gets your yes before it happens. Approved profile changes go live the same day.

  3. Days 7–30

Technical fixes and the first pages ship. Links are ordered as pages go live. Hard deadline: everything technical is done by day 30.

  4. Week 4

First monthly rank-map review: what moved, what we did, what's next.

  5. Days 31–60

Second content cycle, mid-month check-in, and a day-60 conversation with one question — is the map doing what we said it would, and are you happy?

  6. Ongoing

Monthly rank map and review call. Quarterly deeper review. If a month is flat, you hear it from us first.

Pricing and scope are discussed on the call, after we’ve seen your map — a quote without a map is a guess. We don’t publish prices, and there are no contracts — month to month.

Ready to get more calls flowing?

It starts with seven free days on the map: your day-1 map, your day-7 map, and a 15-minute conversation about what moved. We check fit first. No pitch, no contract.
